Hello – my name is Derrick Farnell and this site is a place for me to publish my writings.
I'm mainly interested in the psychology of belief, and write an ongoing series of articles on this topic called How Belief Works.
There are also some articles on other topics.
I currently work as a freelance copywriter, and live in Edinburgh, Scotland. My main passions are psychology, writing and outdoorsy activities. I also love science in general, and technology. And dogs.
